These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website scarytokgames.com (the "Site"), operated by ScaryTok LLC ("ScaryTok," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

3. Future productions and services

Any games, mini-games, mini-dramas, episodes, or other productions described on the Site as upcoming or in development are subject to change or cancellation. Descriptions of future offerings do not constitute a promise or guarantee of release, features, or availability. Additional or separate terms may apply to specific products or services when they launch.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCARYTOK LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ScaryTok LLC regarding use of the Site.
